LATE PICKUP FEE POLICY​

To keep bakery operations running smoothly and ensure that all orders are handled on schedule, a 15-minute grace period is provided for all pickups. If an order is picked up more than 15 minutes past the scheduled time, a $10 late fee will be applied for every hour the customer is late, including any portion of an hour. 

This policy helps maintain product quality, manage baking schedules, and respect the time allotted for each customer's order.

*​Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your order up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup for a full refund, depending on the order size and demand, more than a 24 hr. notice may be needed.  Please ensure you notify us of any changes. Thank you for your cooperation.

**Amanda's Delicias operates under the Florida Cottage Food Law. Products are made in a home kitchen not inspected by the Florida Department of Agriculture. We cannot guarantee allergen-free items. By purchasing, you accept these terms.
